2. Where we can ship to?
We can be shipped to ALL destinations around the world. Item ship out within 1 - 2 days after confirmation of payment. Tracking number will be emailed to you once we have shipped your order.
3. How long would it take to ship to my address?
If you are intended to place a small order, HongKong Post is recommended which will take 5-15 working days to ship the stuff to your address. If you prefer to enjoying a fast delivery, you can choose DHL which will take only 3-6 days.
4. How much is the shipping cost?
You could view the shipping cost after added the items into your shopping cart.
5. How do we ship the goods?
We have 3 shipping methods for your selection:
HongKong Post Registered Airmail: 5-15 workdays
Air Courier Express: 3-6 workdays
Air Courier Standard: 4-9 workdays

(4). On the Payment Information page, choose the Shipping Method and Payment Method you prefer from the options, and then click "Confirm Order".
7. Do you accept any other currencies except USD?
Yes, we also accept other currencies which including: GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, CHF, SGD, MYR, and NZD. You could choose the currency you'd like to pay.

There are some ways for you to find the products you like from our website as follows:

9. How to remove the items from the shopping cart?
Please find the "Delete All" button at the bottom of the shopping cart. But, please note that ALL items will be removed from the cart once you click it.
10. Will the items that added into my shopping cart be saved permanently?
No, you must login the website to add any items into the cart. Otherwise, the shopping cart may be cleared when you visit the site next time. After login, the products added to your online shopping cart will remain there until you remove them, or check them out.
11. If I register on your website, will my privacy right be well protected?
Yes. We collect your information only for the purpose of providing you the best products, efficient customer service. We will not sell (or trade or rent) personally identifiable information to other companies as part of our regular course of business. 13. Do I need to pay any extra tax when the parcel arrives?
No. You pay us what you see on the checkout page, for example: Goods Subtotal + Shipping Costs. When we dispatch your order, we will declare it with a low value to help you aviod paying any tax to the Customs of your country.
14. When can I get my tracking number after payment?
Tracking number will be emailed to you once we have shipped your order.
15. What should I do if the provided tracking number is found invalid?
The tracking number will be sent to you by our system automatically once the order is shipped. But please track the package with this number after 24 hours. If no tracking information updated on the tracking system after a long time, please contact our sales as soon as possible, and ask them to contact the shipping company for you.

17. I'm going away in 10 days, so can I change the shipping address?
Yes. Please click "Edit My Address” to modify your billing address, or contact the Customer Service to let us know the new shipping address before we deliver your order. But, it’s impossible to change the shipping address if the order has been shipped out.
18. I ordered the wrong item, can I cancel it and get a refund?
Yes. Please contact our Customer Service, we will help you cancel the order and refund you the full money. But, it’s impossible to cancel the order if the order has been shipped out. So, please contact us once you find the mistake after payment.
19. I placed an order from your website. It's 15 days passed, but I still have not received it.
Since some of the Customs in the European & South America countries including, but not limit to, UK, France, Germany and Brazil, etc may take a relatively long time to inspect the parcels, the delivery time of some orders may take 4-6 weeks.
20. I received my order, upon opening the packaging some of the cover were broken. What should I do?
All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen please contact our Customer Service.
21. What is DHL Remote Fee?
We will reserve the right for additional charge in case your delivery address is in very remote area. You can visit the link http://remoteareas.dhl.com/jsp/first.jsp to check if you are in remote area.
If yes, we suggest you choose UPS or EMS instead of DHL.
22. Which issues should Brazil customers pay attention to?
If you are customers from Brazil, you need to pay attention to the below points:
(1). Better shipping method: Hongkong post and China post are easier for customs clearance.
(2). By DHL or other express: please let us know the Tax ID and Goods Value declared on the invoice.
23. How to change my email address?
Sorry, you don't have the permission to update the email address by yourself. But if you want to change it, please contact us, our engineer will update it for you.
24. I've forgot my password, how to do?
To recover your password, please begin with these steps:
